1. Shipping

Shipping from abroad (processing within 1-3 days)

FREE SHIPPING: Estimated delivery time 6-12 working days

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Estimated delivery time 2-4 working days

*Delivery period is extended during discounts

*The delivery time mentioned above does not apply to deliveries concerning the islands.

2. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sergiobenetti.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Product quality

Yes, at SergioBenetti.com we make every effort to present the characteristics of the objects (color, texture…) as faithfully as possible.

4. Sold out products

If a product is sold out, we try to bring it back as soon as possible. Also, if you request it on the item page, we will send you an e-mail when it is available again in the color and size you request. If we can not bring it again, we remove it from our store.

5. New arrivals

We incorporate new items twice a week: Monday and Thursday. To find them immediately, we mark them "Newin" and group them all in the "NEW IN" tab.

6. Defective product

SergioBenetti.com only sells products in excellent condition, so if you ever receive an item that is not in excellent condition, you can contact customer service.

7. Wrong product

If you exceptionally receive a product you didn't order, contact customer service.
